The “Marine” room is equipped with two 80×200 cm box-springs and quality bed linen. Beds can be assembled or separated (to be specified when booking).
You will enjoy its private shower room with sink furniture, toilet, radiator, hair dryer, towels and soap.

Practical information
We accept to host you for a minimum of 2 nights. A discount will be granted for a stay from 7 nights. A long stay is possible, with a reduction depending on the duration. In this case, please contact us.
We will welcome you from 5 pm until 9:30 pm. For a later arrival, we ask to be informed. For any reservation, we ask you to make it at least 24 hours in advance. This is to welcome you in the best conditions. Departures must be made for 11 am on weekends and public holidays, and at most 8:30 am on weekdays.
The house is no smoking, but smoking is allowed outside. We just ask smokers to use the ashtrays made available to them.
We have a cat and a parrot but they are very scared ; that’s why we don’t accept other animals.
Possibility of lift from and to Waterloo Station ; on request and according to our availability.
Accessibility
Our house has a large living room and is surrounded by a beautiful wooded and flowered garden. You can enjoy it as well as our large terrace. We can also store bicycles or a motorcycle if you request it when you book.
Payement
Payment is made online or by bank transfer. You will receive a payment link by email as soon as your booking is accepted. We ask you to ensure that the total amount is in the account that will be sent to you, at the latest on the day before your arrival. An invoice will be sent to you if you request it.
Cancellation condition
Any cancellation must be sent to us by email at hello@wellintown.be. Free cancellation up to 10 days before the date of stay. The total amount will be paid into your bank account.For cancellation from 9 to 5 days before the date of stay, 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show or cancellation less than 5 days before the date of stay, the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
